2. Screw speed affect the pipe quality. Speed increases, the amount of extrusion increase, the material is subjected to shearing force. But in the short residence time of the screw, higher frictional heat will make rough inner wall and pipe strength will be reduced.

3. Compressed air maintain the pipe shape and keep it at a certain roundness. 

4. If cooling can not reach the requirement, the pipe can not be stereotyped. The best combination is cooled by air cooling, cooling water temperature should be maintained at around 15 degrees.
