Protect PVC pipes from sunshine to prolong service life

Sunshine is one of the reasons that affect the quality of PVC pipes. To prevent this, we must take strict precautions. Here today, we will share some tips for you about how to avoid the influence of temperature on the sunshine. 

1. Shade or net should be done well during long distance transportation. 

2. At the construction site, PVC pipes are not allowed misplacing anywhere, they should be neatly stacked and covered with net. If the construction will be delayed or a case of the holiday, the PVC pipes should be checked carefully. They can be placed temporary if they will not be damaged by sunshine. The stacked site should be four to ten times large as workshop. The stacked site should be hard sandy land and with a layer of hollow brick. Cement ground is not suggested. The stacked site should be built with sunproof. The materials can be color steel sheet or color PVC visor.

3. If you find the PVC pipes have fade or deformed due to inadequate protection, you would better take these PVC pipes back to the factory crushed. Never use these bad PVC pipes for a small profit, otherwise, the losses will be immeasurable.
